Paul Ruane

An affiliated member of the ‘Spanish Board of Professional Estate Agents’ and qualified in Barcelona as an expert estate agent, Paul Ruane has been selling property in Los Gigantes since 1979, opening the very first estate agents in the village – Los Gigantes Properties s.l. Paul Ruane’s clientel vary from students to families and celebrities, to Lords and Ladies, selling land  and properties from studios, to villas.  Pauls policy of honesty and an on going after sales service is the reason why he continues to be successful.  Supporting the local Lions- the Maria Garcia Estrada Cancer Foundation as well as many other local charities including Los Gigantes Carnival, Paul Ruane is a very valued member of the Los Gigantes community in many ways.
